A. Simple Summary of These Terms
Welcome to Ghirne Amusement Park, Patna’s destination for outdoor fun, adventure activities, games, family recreation and dining at the Floating Restaurant. This simple summary explains the main rules in plain language. The detailed legal terms follow after this summary and will prevail if there is any difference.
1. Entry and Tickets
Your ticket, pass, booking, package or reservation allows entry or participation only as per the category purchased. Entry tickets, activity tickets, food packages, event bookings and restaurant reservations are subject to availability, operating hours, weather, safety conditions and management instructions. Children below the age specified by the park may receive free or restricted entry only as per the current ticketing rules. Children must remain under adult supervision, especially around activity zones, water areas, rides, equipment and dining areas.
Please carry your digital or printed ticket, booking confirmation or valid ID where required. Tickets are for personal use and cannot be resold, duplicated, tampered with or transferred except where expressly permitted by management.
2. Safety Comes First
Every visitor must follow instructions given by Ghirne staff, marshals, trainers, security guards and activity operators. Some activities have height, weight, age, health, footwear, clothing or safety restrictions. These restrictions exist for your safety and are not optional.
Activities such as go-karting, shooting range, archery, trampoline, rock climbing, paintball, zip activities, zorbing, meltdown, slingshot, 360 cycle, VR, club games and other adventure or amusement activities involve normal physical risks. Do not participate if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern, vertigo, heart condition, epilepsy, recent surgery, intoxication, or any other condition that may make participation unsafe.
3. Behaviour Expected from Guests
Ghirne is a family-friendly venue. Visitors must behave respectfully with staff, other visitors, children and vendors. Queue-jumping, pushing, fighting, harassment, vandalism, misuse of equipment, unsafe behaviour, abuse, obscenity, intoxication or refusal to follow instructions may result in removal from the park without refund.
Alcohol, smoking, vaping, drugs, weapons, dangerous items, outside food and beverages, drones and other prohibited items are not allowed unless expressly permitted in writing.
4. Food, Restaurant and Events
The Floating Restaurant and food counters operate subject to availability, seating capacity, kitchen timing and safety conditions. Food orders, meal packages and restaurant bookings are generally final once placed or booked. Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions or religious food preferences must inform staff before ordering. The park will try to assist, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Event bookings, group bookings, school visits, corporate visits, birthday bookings and private bookings may have additional written terms.
5. Refunds and Changes
All tickets, packages, activity bookings, food orders and restaurant reservations are generally non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost, unused, expired, misplaced or partially used tickets will not be refunded. Date or time changes are not normally permitted.
If the park officially closes due to weather, safety concerns, government order or circumstances beyond control, management may, at its discretion, issue a one-time credit voucher or alternate arrangement. Cash refunds are not automatic.
6. Photography, CCTV and Media
Personal photography is allowed for private memories, provided it does not disturb others or breach safety rules. Professional shoots, commercial shoots, reels, drone usage, influencer shoots, wedding/pre-wedding shoots, brand shoots and media shoots require prior written permission and may require a separate fee.
The premises may be covered by CCTV and security monitoring for safety, security, fraud prevention and legal purposes. By entering a public amusement venue, you understand that you may appear incidentally in CCTV, crowd photographs, event photographs or promotional footage.
7. Online Use, Privacy and Payments
When you use the Ghirne website, book tickets, order food, make reservations, contact the park, create an account or make payments, Ghirne may collect necessary information such as name, phone number, email, booking details, payment status, device information, cookies and transaction records. Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment processors. Your personal data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as and when applicable.
8. Liability
Ghirne will take reasonable care to operate the venue safely. However, visitors are also responsible for their own conduct, health, children, belongings and compliance with instructions. Ghirne is not liable for losses caused by visitor negligence, violation of rules, misuse of equipment, failure to disclose health conditions, third-party acts, force majeure, weather, government restrictions or risks inherent in amusement/adventure activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.
B. Full Legal Terms & Conditions
1. Identity of Operator
1.1. The venues, website, ticketing services, food services, event services, amusement activities, restaurant services and related facilities operated under the brand name “Ghirne Amusement Park” are operated by Chintamani Interconnect Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, having CIN U74999BR2017PTC035775 and GSTIN 10AAHCC2033K1Z6.
1.2. In these Terms, the expressions “Ghirne”, “Ghirne Amusement Park”, “Park”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chintamani Interconnect Pvt. Ltd. and/or the venue, as the context requires.
1.3. The expressions “Guest”, “Visitor”, “Customer”, “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who enters the venue, uses the website, purchases tickets, books activities, orders food, attends events, participates in activities, or otherwise uses Ghirne’s services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1. By entering the park, purchasing a ticket, booking an activity, using a package, making a restaurant reservation, ordering food, attending an event, accessing the website, creating an account, making an online payment, scanning a QR code, participating in any activity, or using any Ghirne service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. These Terms apply along with Ghirne’s Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, event-specific terms, package terms, safety instructions, notices displayed at the venue, website policies, activity-specific rules, and lawful directions given by Ghirne staff.
2.3. Where a parent, guardian, teacher, organiser, group leader, employer, school, institution or company purchases tickets or brings minors or group participants to the park, such person represents that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the group and shall ensure compliance by all members.
3. Park Timings, Entry and Right of Admission
3.1. Park timings, activity timings, restaurant timings and event timings may change due to weather, operational requirements, crowd control, maintenance, safety checks, private events, government directions or other circumstances.
3.2. Entry gates may open before or after stated timings depending on operational readiness. Last entry, last order, last ride, activity cut-off and restaurant cut-off timings may differ from general park closing time.
3.3. Ghirne reserves the right of admission and may deny entry, suspend participation, remove any person, or cancel access where, in management’s reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safety, security, crowd control, legal compliance, fraud prevention, discipline, health, hygiene, maintenance of family-friendly environment, or protection of property.
3.4. Right of admission shall be exercised in a lawful, non-arbitrary and non-discriminatory manner. However, persons who are intoxicated, abusive, violent, medically unfit for participation, carrying prohibited items, refusing security checks, violating rules, or creating nuisance may be refused entry or removed without refund.
4. Tickets, Passes, Packages and Validity
4.1. Tickets, passes and packages are valid only for the specific date, time, category, activity, product or package purchased, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2. An entry ticket permits entry only and does not automatically include all paid activities, food, beverages, event access, private areas, special experiences or packages unless specifically mentioned.
4.3. Activity tickets generally allow one person to participate in the designated activity once, for the duration or usage specified. Package passes may allow participation in selected activities once each or as stated in the package description.
4.4. Tickets and passes are subject to safety restrictions, crowd limits, technical availability, weather, maintenance, power supply, equipment condition and staff clearance.
4.5. Lost, stolen, deleted, damaged, duplicated, forged, tampered, expired, partially used or unused tickets are not refundable and may not be reissued unless management specifically permits verification and reissue.
4.6. Resale, black-marketing, unauthorised transfer, commercial bundling, duplication, screenshot misuse, QR-code misuse or fraudulent use of tickets is prohibited. Ghirne may cancel such tickets without refund and may take legal action.
5. Children, Minors and Supervision
5.1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children under 12 years must not be left unattended in the park, activity zones, restaurant, water areas, parking area or common areas.
5.2. Certain activities may have age, height, weight, fitness, footwear, clothing, maturity or guardian-consent restrictions. Even if a child has a ticket, participation may be refused if the child does not meet applicable safety criteria.
5.3. Parents, guardians, teachers and group leaders remain responsible for the conduct, safety, belongings, food choices and supervision of minors under their care.
5.4. For online services involving children’s personal data, parental or guardian consent may be required as per applicable Indian data protection law.
6. Activity Safety and Assumption of Normal Risk
6.1. Ghirne offers amusement, adventure, recreation, gaming and skill-based activities, which may include, among others, go-karting, air gun shooting, archery, trampolines, bouncy castle, slingshot, 360 cycle, gaming arcade, XBOX gaming, VR, rock climbing, meltdown, water roller, water zorb, body zorb, paintball, zip line, zip cycle, zip roller, table tennis, carrom, darts, chess, foosball and other activities introduced from time to time.
6.2. Such activities may involve ordinary and inherent risks, including slips, falls, bumps, collisions, dizziness, muscle strain, minor injuries, equipment impact, heat exposure, water exposure, paintball marks, fear response, motion discomfort, or aggravation of undisclosed medical conditions.
6.3. You must not participate in any activity if you are medically unfit, pregnant where the activity is unsafe, under influence of alcohol or drugs, injured, recently operated upon, suffering from heart disease, epilepsy, vertigo, severe back/neck problem, respiratory distress, uncontrolled blood pressure, severe anxiety, or any condition that could make participation unsafe.
6.4. You must read and follow all safety boards, verbal instructions, demonstration rules, harness rules, helmet rules, speed rules, lane rules, loading/unloading instructions and staff directions.
6.5. Ghirne may refuse or stop participation if a guest appears unsafe, intoxicated, medically unfit, improperly dressed, below/above permitted size limits, aggressive, non-compliant or otherwise unsuitable for the activity.
6.6. Safety equipment provided by Ghirne must be worn and used properly. Tampering with safety equipment, removing helmets/harnesses without permission, bypassing barriers, entering restricted areas or disturbing operators is strictly prohibited.
7. Guest Conduct
7.1. Guests must behave respectfully and lawfully. The park is a family-friendly premises.
7.2. The following are prohibited: fighting, harassment, stalking, eve-teasing, bullying, obscene conduct, abusive language, threats, vandalism, theft, queue-jumping, spitting, littering, damaging plants or landscaping, misuse of equipment, entering staff-only areas, climbing structures not meant for climbing, throwing objects, disturbing animals or birds, and any act endangering self or others.
7.3. Ghirne may remove any guest violating these Terms without refund and may inform police or authorities where required.
8. Prohibited Items
8.1. The following items are prohibited unless expressly permitted by management: alcohol, tobacco products, smoking materials, vapes, illegal drugs, weapons, sharp objects, explosives, fireworks, inflammable substances, glass bottles, outside food and beverages, drones, large speakers, laser pointers, professional camera equipment, hazardous chemicals, pets except permitted service animals, political or offensive banners, and any item considered unsafe by security.
8.2. Ghirne may conduct bag checks, frisking or security screening as permitted by law. Refusal to cooperate may result in denial of entry without refund.
8.3. Confiscated prohibited items may be returned at exit where lawful and practical. Illegal or dangerous items may be handed to authorities.
9. Food, Beverages and Floating Restaurant
9.1. The Floating Restaurant, food court, food counters and dining services operate subject to seating capacity, kitchen availability, menu availability, staff availability, weather, waterbody conditions, maintenance and safety requirements.
9.2. Food images, menu descriptions, portion representations and availability displayed online or offline are indicative. Ingredients, prices, packaging, availability and serving style may change.
9.3. Food orders, meal packages and dining reservations are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked or placed.
9.4. Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, religious preferences, medical food restrictions, vegetarian/non-vegetarian concerns or intolerance must inform staff before ordering. While reasonable care may be taken, Ghirne does not guarantee an allergen-free or cross-contamination-free kitchen environment.
9.5. Outside food and beverages are not allowed except baby food, medically necessary food, or items expressly permitted by management.
10. Events, Group Bookings and Institutional Visits
10.1. School visits, corporate visits, birthdays, private parties, group packages, institutional visits, promotional events, concerts, festivals, workshops, venue bookings and special events may be governed by separate written terms, quotation terms, booking forms, invoices, safety instructions and event rules.
10.2. In case of conflict between these general Terms and a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement shall prevail for that event, unless prohibited by law.
10.3. Organisers are responsible for crowd discipline, participant lists, minor supervision, permissions, guest conduct, timely payment and compliance with event-specific safety rules.
11. Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling
11.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all tickets, activity bookings, package passes, food bookings, restaurant reservations, products and event bookings are final once purchased.
11.2. Tickets and bookings cannot ordinarily be cancelled, modified, exchanged, transferred, refunded, postponed or rescheduled.
11.3. No refund shall be provided for no-show, late arrival, early departure, unused tickets, partially used packages, missed activities, queue time, personal inconvenience, change of plan, weather discomfort, refusal due to safety restrictions, or removal for misconduct.
11.4. If the park officially closes or an activity is officially suspended due to weather, safety issues, government mandate, technical failure, force majeure or management decision, Ghirne may, at its discretion, offer an alternate slot, substitute activity, partial service adjustment, or one-time credit voucher valid for the period specified by management.
11.5. Processing of any approved refund, if any, shall be subject to verification, payment-gateway rules, banking timelines and deductions permitted by law.
12. Payments, Pricing and Billing
12.1. Prices, taxes, discounts, packages, inclusions, availability and offers may change without prior notice.
12.2. Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallet providers or other payment intermediaries. Ghirne is not responsible for payment failure, bank downtime, duplicate debit, chargeback delay or gateway issues, but will reasonably assist in reconciliation where payment proof is provided.
12.3. A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and confirmation is issued by Ghirne or its authorised platform.
12.4. Ghirne may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, duplicate booking, payment failure or incorrect information.
13. Website, Accounts and Digital Services
13.1. The website may allow ticket purchase, package booking, food ordering, reservations, purchase history, loyalty features, customer support, emergency assistance and other services.
13.2. Users must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, billing details and booking information. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, OTPs and account access.
13.3. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, interfere with security, upload malware, run automated bots, reverse engineer systems, exploit bugs, impersonate others or conduct fraudulent transactions.
13.4. Website services may be interrupted due to maintenance, hosting issues, internet failure, cyber incidents, third-party downtime, payment-gateway issues or upgrades. Ghirne does not guarantee uninterrupted digital availability.
14. Privacy, Cookies and Personal Data
14.1. Personal data collected by Ghirne may include name, phone number, email address, billing details, booking details, payment status, device information, IP address, cookies, website usage data, CCTV footage, photographs, videos, feedback, complaints and communication records.
14.2. Such data may be processed for lawful purposes including ticketing, entry verification, payment processing, order fulfilment, restaurant booking, customer support, safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, marketing where permitted, analytics, dispute handling and service improvement.
14.3. By using the website or services, you agree that necessary personal data may be processed for providing the services requested by you. Where consent is required by law, Ghirne shall seek consent in an appropriate manner.
14.4. Ghirne may use cookies, analytics tools, payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools, customer-support tools, marketing tools and other service providers. Such third parties may process limited data as necessary for their services.
14.5. Data principals may exercise applicable rights under Indian law, including access, correction, completion, updating, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and erasure where legally available and subject to retention required for tax, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, legal claims or statutory compliance.

14.7. Ghirne may retain booking, payment, CCTV, complaint, invoice and legal records for periods reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute resolution.
15. CCTV, Security and Emergency Assistance
15.1. The premises may be monitored through CCTV, security staff and operational supervision for safety, crowd management, fraud prevention, incident investigation and legal compliance.
15.2. In case of emergency, injury, lost child, lost item, fire, weather event, crowd issue or safety concern, guests must immediately contact the nearest staff member, security personnel or reception.
15.3. First aid assistance may be available at the park, but it is not a substitute for professional medical care. In serious cases, Ghirne may contact emergency services, local authorities, hospitals or the guest’s emergency contact.
15.4. Guests must cooperate during evacuation, emergency announcements, closure instructions and safety drills.
16. Photography, Videography and Publicity
16.1. Personal photography and videography for private, non-commercial use is permitted, provided it does not disturb guests, obstruct operations, violate privacy, compromise safety or breach any law.
16.2. Professional photography, commercial shoots, influencer shoots, brand shoots, pre-wedding shoots, film shoots, drone shoots, tripod/lighting setups and media production require prior written permission and may require separate fees.
16.3. Guests must not photograph or record other guests, children, staff, restricted areas, security systems, control rooms or private events in a manner that violates privacy or safety.
16.4. By entering a public amusement venue, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in CCTV footage, crowd photographs, event photographs, safety recordings or promotional material. Where a guest is a primary identifiable subject in promotional content, Ghirne will endeavour to obtain appropriate consent where legally required.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1. The name Ghirne, Ghirne Amusement Park branding, logos, trade dress, website content, photographs, videos, designs, graphics, menus, package names, written content, artwork, signage and promotional material are owned by or licensed to Chintamani Interconnect Pvt. Ltd.
17.2. No person may copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, exploit, misrepresent or commercially use Ghirne’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
17.3. Guests may post personal photographs from their visit on social media, provided such posts are lawful, respectful, non-commercial and do not falsely suggest sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by Ghirne.
18. User Feedback, Reviews and Submissions
18.1. If you provide feedback, reviews, photographs, suggestions, ideas, complaints, testimonials or social media tags relating to Ghirne, you grant Ghirne a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce and respond to such material for service improvement, customer support, marketing and record-keeping, subject to applicable law.
18.2. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, false, misleading, infringing or malicious content.
18.3. Ghirne may remove or report content that violates these Terms, platform policies or applicable law.
19. Personal Belongings, Parking and Lost Property
19.1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, bags, helmets, spectacles, watches, footwear, clothing and vehicles.
19.2. Ghirne is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to belongings or vehicles unless directly caused by proven wilful misconduct or negligence of Ghirne, as determined in accordance with law.
19.3. Lost items found by staff may be deposited at reception. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period as per management policy.
20. Health, Hygiene and Cleanliness
20.1. Guests must maintain cleanliness, use dustbins, avoid spitting or littering, and respect landscaped areas, plants, waterbodies, restaurant spaces and common facilities.
20.2. Guests with contagious illness, fever, vomiting, intoxication, open wounds or conditions that may endanger others may be refused participation or entry into certain areas.
20.3. Ghirne may implement health checks, hygiene rules, crowd restrictions or mask/sanitisation requirements where required by law, safety advice or management decision.
21. Force Majeure
21.1. Ghirne shall not be liable for delay, interruption, closure, cancellation, restriction or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including rain, storm, heatwave, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic, power failure, internet failure, equipment failure, strike, public disorder, traffic restriction, government order, police direction, natural calamity, accident, cyber incident, war, terrorism or other force majeure events.
21.2. In such cases, management may decide whether to close, partially operate, reschedule, substitute, issue credit voucher or take other reasonable steps.
22. Limitation of Liability
22.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghirne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, travel cost, accommodation cost, loss of data, loss of goodwill or inconvenience.
22.2. Ghirne shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage caused by guest negligence, violation of rules, failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, undisclosed medical conditions, acts of other guests, third-party services, weather, force majeure or inherent risks of amusement/adventure activities.
22.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory rights available to consumers.
22.4. Subject to applicable law, Ghirne’s aggregate liability for a paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the concerned guest for the specific ticket, activity, food order or booking giving rise to the claim.
23. Indemnity
23.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chintamani Interconnect Pvt. Ltd., Ghirne Amusement Park, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, vendors and service providers from claims, losses, penalties, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misconduct, negligence, illegal act, misuse of services, damage to property, injury caused to others, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of law.
24. Third-Party Services
24.1. Ghirne may use or integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, booking tools, analytics tools, maps, messaging services, delivery partners, event vendors, food suppliers, equipment vendors and social media platforms.
24.2. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ghirne is not responsible for failures, acts, omissions or policies of third parties beyond Ghirne’s reasonable control.
25. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

25.2. Guests should provide ticket number, booking ID, payment proof, date of visit, phone number, photographs/videos if relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
25.3. Ghirne will attempt to resolve genuine complaints within a reasonable time. Certain issues may require verification through CCTV, staff reports, payment-gateway records or management review.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
26.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
26.2. Subject to statutory consumer rights and forums that cannot be contractually excluded, courts and competent forums at Patna, Bihar, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the venue, website, bookings, services or transactions.
27. Changes to These Terms
27.1. Ghirne may update, modify or replace these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, safety, technical, pricing or business changes.
27.2. Updated Terms may be posted on the website or displayed at the venue. Continued use of the website, purchase of tickets, entry into the park or use of services after such update shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
28. Severability and No Waiver
28.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
28.2. Failure by Ghirne to enforce any provision shall not constitute waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
29. Entire Understanding
29.1. These Terms, along with linked policies, ticket conditions, booking terms, safety instructions, event contracts and written communications issued by Ghirne, constitute the understanding between Ghirne and the guest regarding use of the park, website and services.
29.2. Any informal statement by staff shall not override written terms, safety rules, invoices, booking confirmations or management decisions, unless confirmed in writing by authorised management.
