Terms of Sale, Cancellation & Refund
Tickets sold at Ghirne Amusement Park are final upon purchase and cannot be modified, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. Products sold at Ghirne Amusement Park may not be cancelled or refunded. They may be exchanged for item of same or less value.
Floating Restaurant
Dining reservations and meal tickets for the Floating Restaurant are also non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked. Food sales are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
No-Refund, No-Cancellation Clarifications
- All sales are final.
- Lost, misplaced, or unused tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Changing the date or time of visit or reservation is not permitted.
- Group bookings fall under the same no-cancel, no-refund rule.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy precludes refunds, Ghirne Amusement Park management will review requests only in the event of:
- Official park closure due to weather, safety issues, or government mandate.
Requests meeting these criteria may be considered for a one-time credit voucher valid for six months, at management’s discretion.
