Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all products, tickets, dining vouchers, merchandise, and food items offered for sale by Ghirne Amusement Park and its Floating Restaurant. It outlines our approach to order fulfillment and delivery.

In-Store Sales Only

All purchases must be made and collected on-site. We do not offer shipping, courier service, or home delivery for:

  • Amusement park admission tickets
  • Floating Restaurant meal vouchers
  • Food and beverage items
  • Branded merchandise and souvenirs
Order Placement & Pickup
  1. Select your desired item(s) at any park ticket counter, merchandise outlet, or the Floating Restaurant.
  2. Complete payment using your preferred in-store method.
  3. Receive a printed ticket, voucher, or receipt at the point of sale.
  4. Present your receipt or ticket at the entry gate, restaurant, or merchandise counter for redemption.
Special Circumstances

While shipping is unavailable, we can accommodate:

  • Bulk order reservations (e.g., group meal packages) with advance notice

Please note these arrangements still require on-site collection.
